I visited the site and found the perfect shed for my needs and backyard. After putting in the down payment, they worked with me on obtaining the necessary building permit and found a way to get it back there despite limited access (I live in a townhouse). The employees who came to put the stone pad down and placed the shed were amazing and handled the neighbors children talking to them really well, despite them constantly coming back and it being in the 90s heatwise. I am extremely happy with the shed and the experience!

From Sue's help with the design (and patience with answering all our questions) to Emily's willingness to schedule everything around our crazy schedules. Had our 8’ x 10’ garden shed delivered to our campsite earlier today! Mike and his assistant were absolutely awesome. The shed was placed with “surgical precision” exactly where we wanted it!Could not be happier with the all around service we received from Emily and Samantha in the front office keeping us informed as to the status of our delivery to the courtesy and competency of the delivery staff top shelf all around! I had made arrangements with another shed place the previous fall to get a shed delivered Memorial Day weekend. When I called as requested on March 1 he told me I can’t get it to you until the end of July and the price has gone up $2k! So I found Back Yard Sheds. They made it easy to order - going over all the options for doors and colors etc. They were $2k less than the original place and delivered and installed a shed in a tight spot. They checked in the day before delivery and arrived within 10 minutes of their estimated time. Time will tell about the quality of the shed but it looks great!

We worked with Emily and she was wonderful and so friendly. She spent lots of time walking through the lot with us, discussing our options/upgrades, answering our questions by email promptly, and sitting down with us in person a second time to answer some additional design questions that came up. She helped us put together a really beautiful shed that was delivered by the estimated time and with lots of care. FYI - the company they recommend for the shed pad installation is also really thorough and professional.

I had a great experience with Backyard Shed Co. Ordering was simple with a variety of options and the order came within the expected time frame. The delivery was simple. They came and dropped the shed in the exact spot with their truck and didn't leave until confirming the location. The quality of the shed looks good and they even supplied a few extra shingles and paint, just in case. I'd absolutely purchase another shed from them especially considering it saved me hours of planning and construction.

This company was a delight to work with.They helped us figure out what we needed, showed us around their extensive lot with many examples. They delivered a custom shed in about 5 weeks at a reasonable price. They referred us to a reasonably priced installer ( much lower cost than the other bid I received) for the crushed stone pad which was installed within days of the request. When they came to deliver-arriving exactly at the time promised, they had the shed in place in under 20 minutes. It was a pleasure to watch them work. I would not hesitate to use them again.
