There are many types of garage packages available depending on your needs. The least expensive is the modular single car or double car wood floor models. These units are delivered to your site in one or two pieces and usually put down on a pad of leveled crush stone. The double car is finished on site within 3-4 hours. These modular units can also be done without wood floor and either assembled on your cement pad or you can pour a pad after unit is in place.
